Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this latest document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a key detailing distinct sections of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

More documentation released as part of the current congressional release.
